I actually get really irritated when I goto service calls because dish was there and they steal the infeed for internet and then proceed to hack up the modem line.
The drip loop thing, well I guess charter wants to pay for new breaker boxes/homes for customers when the water starts pouring into the house. Ive seen it a couple times where they didnt put in a drip loop and the silicone failed. Water everywhere.
