Yea most people answered it. But what they didn't do was say the you can go 80 percent even if the amps have 15 amp fuses because they will draw what they need and you will have different legs to draw on the power supply. As long as the leg doesn't go over 12 or 13 it won't blow a fuse. The supply itself can handle more just not the individual leg. And heat will be a factor, so I would check it when it was hottest out and don't go over that level.
