The privacy laws and others contained in the Constitution of the United States of America are there to protect citizens from the government. IF you are sent to a home as a government agent the laws apply. IF you are there as an agent of a CATV or Sat company you have a responsibility to report illegal activity...without endangering yourself.
But you gotta take a think...how will this be prosecuted? Kids smoking pot...cops will get around to them; forget it. An adult injuring a child in your presence.....911!
