man, i havent been on here in ages..  at any rate, distance can play a factor MRV setups, specifically with lag issues when watching a longer program..  as a tip, your total distance of network is controlled by the total length of cable in your system, 150 is fine..  however, if you run into a situation where you have a few non-compatible boxes which require a bandstop, try moving the bandstop right to the end of the line where you hit the splitter..  i would still be cautious with distance in a SWM environment, it can lead to instability, there's my two cents.
