JP&D has gone O&O as has been stated. There are many contractors you can work for in the area. As for Multiband and Integral, they are thick as thieves. Don't expect to get treated with any respect from either of them. You will just be a number and they will use you and drop you when they get what they want out of you! I have worked with all of the above and if you can work directly for DTV the at least you stand a chance of survival if you do good clean work....
