You are right. There is also video reported by the news in I posted in the other thread of Mexican army crossing over and picking something up and going back over...........could it be the shell casing? hmmmm. That is the thought. Those people were using deadly weapons pure and simple and the border patrol was protecting itself. The kid is a known smuggler. He didn't have to be there.
