How come power is not pulling them?... I would dig out the front and one side and saw them 3-6 inches below ground level and drag them out.. Otherwise there are those mini booms on tracks 36" width with outriggers made to go through gates for rear easements. They have them with bucket or pole setters/pullers.. Pretty expensive though..80k plus or

I would rather use a shovel,a rope and a chainsaw... Someone else here may have better ideas but this is what is in my tool box to get it done..
