Re: 1099 employee

If you started working say around the begining of the year are say spring until the end of the year, and at the end of the year the employer or whoever you worked for popped a 1099 on you, THAT'S ILLEGAL, check with your tax preparer and see if you don't believe me ! He will have to pay as well. He/She should have made you sign a 1099 when you started work.
