MVR training online?

any info on training film on line,, have went to the ususal training web, didn't get much out of it, just general idea, would like to see a start to finish video.. from what i hear the downloads are going to be a bitch, talked to a tech who did his first one last week, got done with install at 5 and at 11 he finally left after trying for 6 hrs,  said he went back by next afternoon and it had taken,, just hope this is start up problems and not norm,,, and he DOES NOT get any extra pay, but is required to do if on work order.. any what does   deca  actually stand for     thanks
