Re: BP Experimenting at oil leak site for deeper w

I agree goodsky, boycotting the corner BP station is just stupid That station is more than likely a small business that employs maybe 20 people at most Thats 20 people not on unemployment, factor in the several hundred thousand stations we could be looking at an additional 1-5 million people out of work Don't think of it as supporting BP but as supporting your neighbors

Onward, I heard today that this "experiment" today was BP's first choice but that OUR govenment said no it would let too much oil out before they could cap it hmm seems like that logic turned out to be counter productive In addition this spill is no where near the amount of oil that is spilled annually from tankers, rigs etc On this day in 1979 a mexican rig in 160' of water did pretty much the same thing actually almost identical and spilled twice the oil this one has before it was stopped, not to mention the millions of gallons that naturally leak from the earth annually,

what really blows me away right now is that gas prices are going down at this time hmmm that is really against conventional wisdom I would say
