15 mg of Warfarin is a load of thinner. I have been taking 5 mg everyday for six years after they cracked me open. Be careful with it Island and have your pt/inr checked as the dr tells you. Warfarin counteracts with about 85-90 percent of other prescription drugs and can cause serious problems if not careful. Warfarin is a main ingredient in rat poison.
