Here you are talking about documented proof and you don't even have your basic facts right! The USS LIBERTY WAS NEVER SUNKED! What LBJ did order was calling off the 6th fleet fighter planes from engaging Israel who was attacking the Liberty. He did with the comment that he didn't care if every man drowned and the ship sank he would not embarrass his allies. Than the whole incident was covered up as a big mistake.  Hell with friends like that who needs enemies!
