that's why I always circle the inside of a doghouse with all the cables when I splice amps and LE's, as for the fiber there should be a small whip coil in every ped. the 5 P's "proper planning prevents piss poor performance" I know this does ya no good now and ya prolly ain't the guy who spliced it originally but goin' foward...
the linemen are slimein' but at least they're still climbin'
