excellent responses by all. I have been in similar situations but I was not the one who had to deal with the compromise. I would simply,politely (biting my f'n tongue) ask the property owner after explaining everything involved
'what is it gonna take to reasonably resolve this?' Then if he is still an ass, I would look into speed's action. If applicable it is the least expensive option. If the relocation is not reasonable, there will always be a problem from here on out dealing with this guy..good luck with it.. I re-spliced an le 4-5 weeks ago. dead in the eavesment, chainlink on one side (nobody home and 2 big dogs) and privacy on the other side boxed in inches around the ped on the other side with an asshole property owner.
