Yes my name is Joe Harris from East Ky. Cable Inc. we worked for Jay Martin & the Bowlin Group in Dayton Ohio 2 plus years ago came up to do Fiber and all they gave me was pole transfers in Dayton we worked 2 days with 2 crews (6) men & 2 bucketts and they gave us "NO" hardware told us to use the old hardware WTF? we did 70 plus pole change outs, resags, top poles, ect. and was never paid a dime Jay told me there was a defficency in our work that we did not mesure the distance from the middle of the span down to the top of the ground and record it on our maps, we was never told anything thing like this before hand........
