a 7/16 wrench goes a LONG way when it comes to not getting a back charge. I can't say one way or the other in regards to the hi-gear qc people, but i do know Johnny does fight for his techs when it all comes down. as with ANY cable company contract or in house , be it small or large , as long as the job is done 100% right there is nothing to worry about. time is definately money in this biz, but those extra few seconds or minutes to do the little things makes the difference between being a good installer and being a hack.
