Do your work to spec`s, Take care of mistakes, if any, and most important--STAY AWAY FROM THE CONTRACTS WITH TOOOOO MANY  REQUIREMENTS FOR TECH. TO CLOSE OUT.--Thats the hint that CO. is looking for an excuse to get your money. So why ask for it. I`ve been w/same CO. ten years, only problems were honest ones and corrected. Most important, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!
