Not to mention had the liberal wacko environmentalists not made things so hard, the oil companies would not have had to go to water so deep and so far off shore that it made it much more unsafe to begin with. Really, we can thank liberals for this spill. It isn't even the worst spill by a long shot. Try 9 months off the coast of Mexico and guess what? The shore is still there, fishing is still there, the plant life is still there. After the Exxon Valdez I spoke with oil spill clean up specialists who contract to oil companies, so they are not spokesman for any company, they said the worst one they saw was off the coast of France with 27 million gallons and in 2 years you could not tell there had ever been a spill there. They said nature will clean it up. They also told me that more oil seeps out of the ocean floor off of the coast of California every year and washes ashore than all the oil spills combined. These are the pros so any liberal news anyone wants to spew here is worse than the oil. We NEED it and this administration is doing everything it can to make it cost more by NOT allowing domestic production. Pure and simple. Don't forget that I live in an oil state and I know alot more about than many people here. I see both sides and both sides have a valid point but this can be done safely if the liberals would let the companies do it in safer places and not FORCE them into 5000 feet of water.
