Take a baseball bat to your boss' head. Hit the hell out of it. charge him for the time it took to take that action, piece rate, then back charge him for the amount of blood you had to clean up becsause it was his fault, inevitably, times loss prevention, multiplied by your sore batting wrists. Then fuck him up again for good measure. Cause it feels good. Thats what he did, right? He let it happen to happen to you because he is in the ladder too. I really dont see your question.....
