YES, the center conductor is held in place with disks that are spread a interval distance between them. It is hard to tell the difference between P-III and Fused Disk coaxial cable from the outside. We have tried it before and decided not to use it. We have our reason not to use it and if you want to know, let me know and I'll e-mail the reasons.
