Joe, dont get me wrong, I didnt say that they were all competent. Just the one I know of and a few more hands they had. Over all they are one of the worst I have worked for, I will say one thing though if you were inhouse on the construction end your pay was there when they said it would be after beating you up about line items that they are getting paid for and want to roll it into a compisite price.
