Pay for a training class????

It is normal for a contractor to attend an acclimation session where the customer explains what is wanted in the the specification and  contact numbers are exchanged. Contractors are expected to be competent in their field. Customers do not do training classes. It would be normal for a customer to explain a contract adherence policy and expect prompt redo of problems with work quality.

What is going on in the satellite installation world is not normal and is probably not even legal.

If you pay for a training class you are paying them to work. That is backwards!
