Yeah sounds like your definitely getting ripped! Theres no way thats all u make, thats not even minimum wage! Im a lead tech and Im on salary, so take what you make and multiply it by 10 and thats what I get! But I do babysit a bunch of guys, do Coxs dirty work (like rewires and such) and keep all equipment and supplies maintained, not to mention putting in the most hours out of them all!
