Palo Alto Ca. - it's in Google's backyard, Stanford University is there, HP Corp. office is there, it's the birth place of the PC, the City of Palo Alto welcomes new innovations, the income level is high so Google will be able recoup its investment sooner, it's about 85% arial so const. cost will be lower, they used to have a CO-OP cable system (a municiple system built by PAC BELL in the late "80"s that covered several cities in the area) and every one hates Concast. On the down side, it's California so const. costs will run about 50% higher than other states for an equal system.
