I believe my father fought against just such thinking in WWII.Yes there has to be something done about illegal immigration in this country, and it has to be done soon. It also is going to have to be drastic in nature. But as soon as you deny any individual the right to work, vote, demonstrate etc you start a even faster slide than we are on toward Socialism. They can start out with the illegal immigrants and then change it to include any other group they want. That's how Hitler started with the Jews and they were legal citizens.
You should also remember they were saying the same thing when the East Europiens, and Italians, were immigrating here in the early part of the 1900's, before that it was the Irish. At one time the Irish were considered lower than slaves.
