These high mighty cable co's do what they want, when they want. No regulation as to what they do ,say or go back on what they said! All just to F*** over the very people they depend on. They hire subs because it saves them $. No hourly pay, vehicle and comp insurance, medical. Not to mention they get A better QUALITY of work from a sub over the underpaid inhouse tech. And if thats not enough, they all create things to backcharge you for. If All These Management Fatheads used the brains they had. They would realise, Contractors are cleaning up the messes they left behind from 10 years prior to 2 day's prior. Year after year I see them in the record proffit margens, up with Wal-Mart, and to who's expense? Everyone who makes it all work! The $12.00per hr in house tech, To The Contractor they expect a 20% decrease in rates from the following year,as they go up another 5% to the Customers.
