Get you own GL ins. as it should cost you between 800-900 a year for 1/2 million and actually covers you, and you'll just need add the prime or sub prime or sub of a sub prime as additional insured. Workman's comp is based on your income and again it'll probably cost you less and I would be interested to see what happens should you try and put a claim on the WC you are paying to your employer. If there is nothing in your contract about charge backs then check to see if your state allows for the right of remedy, meaning you are allowed to go back and fix the so called defect in your work product 1st. And even then they can't just short your check as that's considered theft of service.
Essentially you need to man the eff up and put it to the dirt bag you are providing fulfillment services to so that they don't want to eff with your $$$$$. If you can't do that then find another means of income brother.
