need info for work for amtec/cable-tech

I have been in negotiations with cable-tech doing installs in Lancaster, for amtec however the pay structure is very strange, I can't post it here but if you have recently worked for a contractor thru amtec please private message me to discuss this situation,   I really need to know before I go to work for them, Thanks
