You are correct Shawn, This toxic enviroment we are working in is caused by newbies who are hired to take the place of a 20 year veteran that did his job kept his mouth shut and got paid.. newbies think they can. Just to find out they thought they knew. Price cuts and a changing of the Primes is a fact of life. It is being driven by the almighty dollar. There is an old saying......keep your mouth shut and do your job. The new group of kids dont have a clue about survival in the industry. As a veteran since 84' we didnt even have a chance to splice until we proved ourselves able, then we had to wait for an opening, it was the way it was without question. Now they give before it is earned, driving down prices and the product we deliver keeps getting cheaper and cheaper. All driven by an educated 20 year old who was hired by the MSO because he can count and use a computer, but doesnt know what a bug nut or a weaver is.
