pole setters?

Who's used a Thiermann to set poles? I've done LOTS, and like it less every time! Tying to talk the boss into one of those EZ Haulers, I set a lot of poles in power, think a better machine would help out, but have only ran Thiermann's / input from some one experienced in this would be greatly appreciated
