conshaft is just as bad on backcharges, they will charge you on theirs equipment going bad or if you put a new splitter on and it goes out they charge you on it saying you should have made sure it was working, or if granny turns tv off input or put it on another channel its still your fault , but wait i forgot the tech is always in the wrong and they are always right about everything. my ass they are
