I have been working for Charter as a sub for 5 years. I have passed 2 dif. background checks, 1 to get in originally, then i quit about a year and half ago, came back, and passed another check to get hired again. 3 years ago i was stupid and got pulled over, had a little bud on me...just a misdemeanor. well i just got fired for this background check from crimshield. I guess im curious as to how a company can randomly do that shit. They told me they changed the rules...now you have to be 5 years clear on misdemeanors...Anyone else got screwed from this?
