If you haven't seen the devastation from which is called a 1,000 year flood that hit 28 plus counties last weekend across Tennessee, I would not be surprised.
As much as 15 plus inches of rain in 48 hours across the region with 3 major TVA dams on the Cumberland River there was little Local city, FEMA or the FED's could do to deal with the issue quickly (understandably a given).
Not to worry....the citizens of Tennessee rose to the challenge and quickly stepped up to help their "Brothers and Sisters" in need with water rescues and clean-up efforts.
Thanks to the citizens of the "Volunteer State" for your personnel efforts....
Proud to live in Nashville Tennessee
