All really depends how the TV's are hooked up, obviously the recommended hook-up would be hdmi to all tv's into an hdmi switch But that can be pricey, if "he" is wanting to save money, you could use RF Modulators on all the HD receivers, run the coax into splitters and run coax to the tv's you can also hook up dvd player into the rf mod dont know really what route your going to take, with that info I can point you into the right direction more
