A Mother’s Day for Mom.
Juanita, I think, is a name for mother
At least in my mind it is true
And I know in the minds of others
Well at least 5 more will have that view
An angel that was sent to us
For giving strength and meaning to this man
And becoming the mother of five
She does so much for us
I’m sure this was God’s plan
The love inside of her musical voice
Rings in all ears
And you must smile
You really have no choice
The children she bore with love through the pain
Bringing in new life with a family to gain
From “Mom, can you take me here?”
To “Mom, can you take me there?”
With a “Mom, come watch me so you can cheer.”
And a “Mom are my clothes clean, I have nothing to wear.
She says with a smile
“I can take you here and I can take you there.”
Cheering for her kid’s events all the while
“I have washed the clothes so you do have things to wear”
But what about my birthday
We say with bended ear
“Don’t worry” she says “you will be happy my dear”
And with love and care and beauty only a mother can make
On our birthday’s
Were the most decorated cakes
With party and friends
She arranged food and fun
Presents, games and candles too
So that when blown out
Our wishes would come true.
Yes 5 boys have only the memory now
But the love for her will never be blown out.
Mom we miss you and wish you were here
But still we want you ………….
To have a great Mother’s Day this year
So on this Mother’s day I would like to say
To my mother, for all that you do
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY GORGEOUS
I LOVE YOU!!
