You havn't filed a tax return since 2002? Help me understand, my first thought is you are a scumbag who is ripping off and besmirching the name of every subcontractor like me who believes paying my taxes is a civic duty. I skimmed through your post, are you saying everyone is cheating so it is OK? Maybe I'm reading this wrong. Help me to understand what a great citizen you really are.
