Have it at my house. Fiber comes in to an ONU, goes to a switch and then one cat 5 cable goes to my CPE wireless router, Another cat 5 cable goes to my Cable box. Turned it on followed the directions given to me by the installer, typed in the assigned IP address using the remote control, Works good. Another cat 5 cable goes from the switch to my Phone but I dont think you cared about that.
