bla, bla, bla....... if tech  (sub contractor) made 65k that means if ratio is 65, 35% the contractor bill the catv 100k for that year,  the point that is missing is that catv is been doing that for years because is a lot cheaper that to roll their techs as truly w2s hourly pay ( 10 to 12 an hour) to each adress just to verify a problem , it cost acordind to them 85 dollars to roll  catv truck just to verify a problem and then still not do a  job and turn it over to contractors, sub ends up doing for 5 dollars, (disco, or box upgraded). subs were contractors but treated as employs nowdays  they have funny title CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE but treated as fully contractor ,   the  avoiding facts from catv from paying benefits is on the table, benefits should come from employer not from worker meaning the 100k  produccion from that tech should be twice as much not the way around,  now the are cutting you pay by half  BECAUSE THE OTHER HALF IS FOR YOUR BENEFITS whats wrong with the picture.
