Hello, If this is the C.C. I. out of Iron Mountain, MI, i would pass on working for them.
If you are going to be a sub that might be okay. They are employee owned and i heard alot of good things about them, but when i got there all the guys that knew what they were doing left the company.
They are proud to hand out an employee handbook, but the managers do not value what is written in that book. One manager that did the bidding on contracts had absolutely no experience in cable at all, he was a state trooper. Although i have heard that he was let go or quit, not sure if this is true. Just so you have a little background on them. Also i quit and did not go to the next job with them, which was good as the manager who was a friend, called me and said that the emlpoyees that were there could not afford to live
on what they were making as it was a resort area in Ca, and the pay was awful.
