You have upto six monthes for the SS8 to get completed, you have to send in facts that support your claim, I sent mine in a 2 weeks ago and an IRS rep called me, Ive earned 300k in the past 7 years and theres a 1000 contractors for them so it got someones attention, My SS8 was 2 inches think and cost me alot of postage to mail. I was told depending on the outcome Im prob going to get a hudge tax liabilty over it. And the accountant that I used "aswell as 100's over the past years" is facing federal charges for making up my decuctions such as milage and other false deductions, this was a can of worms I didnt want to open, but on my federal case they want tax returns, so I want to make sure by the IRS that I have the correct ones filled out.
My ass is gonna be very sore after all this, aswell as the company and its subs
