Its not really over classification!!! Nobody on here really cares if they are employee or contractor they just want to be payed as much as possible and be treated fair. The problem is that people sign up to be contractors and then try to claim employee cause maybe somebody had a little to much control or so on. This is the reason most companies are going to employees, because everybody signed up to be contractors and then whined about certain things and screwed who they were working for.  So now they are employees working for 30% so the company they work for can afford to pay for all the crap you need to work with. So now everybody can complain about not making money cause everyone screwed it up!! So all you whiners get out of the business!!!!!!!!
