Well as a CONTRACTOR I made it a point to do my Homework and not get ripped off... I am Not saying that it never happened...  there were a few sour deals over the years! But just be honest... Put your cards on the Table... If someone in the company wants  some kind of kick back... just Walk! They will Own you from then on and Prolly want a Cracker!!!!!
