I used to live in Batesville. Nice little town. Not a lot of money there. Suddenlink completely rebuilt there system and it is a nice little system.
Most of the smaller towns around there have Indico cable and would not be hard to sell dish to there customers. Doubtful many have a credit card though.
I dont know much about dish sales, except that there are retailers there. Good luck bro.
