Your scenario is where choices must be made by workers.  You either feel you are worth more, or you don't.  This is why organizing only works when the majority support it.  There comes a time as a contractor or employee that you have to say NO.  If you dont say no, you get what we have now.  People in 2010, working for 1985 wages...
