In fact if I won a lottery I would invest all my time and all the money it took to create multiple programs of learning and mental nourishment for children because most or at least half the parents these days are too selfish and ignorant to set their children on the right path...regardless of their race...I would teach them respect and self-reliance.. I would also teach them that this is a republic and they are the power, not the heathens currently sitting in office...
