Jay Tutten. Tutten Telecom. He was in NOVA with KCS, (yep the same KCS that everyone has been bitchin about lately), then ran off to Canada with his hands in a splicing job too. prior to all this he was in Vegas and left there in a hurry as well. Pissed away all the taxes he withheld from our checks and then ran like hell. too bad i couldn't have learned all this before i worked for the guy. be warned.
