While you can use the Cable Prep 11 tool (CPT 1100) to prep RG6 you WILL score the center conductor. The raduis of the cartridge in the CPT 1100 is larger than in the CPT5960 for RG6 and 59 cable. When you spin the tool the cable slides back and fort in the radius cartridge and the center conductor touches the notch in the tool, this causing a diametrical score. As you know due to the skin effect high frequency signals are carried on the outer part of the conductor and will be adversely affected.
Proof? Prep an RG6 cable with the 11 tool. Then take the 6 tool and walk back about an inch or so and remove all the dielectric and jacket. Slide a thumbnail 1/4" from the end of the CC and you'll feel the score.
