Last year, i (and quite a few other people) worked as an employee for a company in VA. The wonderful people that ran the company failed to pay in all the taxes that they took from my check. now i can't get my refund because no money was paid to the state and they don't have the guts to answer any calls. does anyone know how this can be dealt with? Am i allowed to name names here or do these people just keep getting a free pass to screw the next group of hardworking men and women.
