I agree with Splicer Life, seek a Lawyer cause its companies like the one your working for that is making this industry bad. They'll take advantage of anyone they can and the problem is no one stands up to them. Let the company he's subbing for know how he's not following the Labor Laws and I bet he would be booted out of other systems they are in.It sure isn't like it was back in the day.
