It is and always has been first come first serve..I have been  the lucky one to get there first,and also the poor sap who showed up after the internet guy, so it goes both ways,,I too have had to roll back to a service call because a box was not working ,just to find the cable guy used the already installed SAT feed.,you either charge a cust to run a new line or disconnect his internet,,You know its funny to read about all you cable guys crying about SAT techs busting into your boxes,,if you guys provided a good service ,the SAT guys would not be out there in the first place,,worry about the service you provide ,not the damn boxes...............
